An annual registration fee of $35 is due at the time of enrollment and is renewed annually during our school year registration in August. Upon paying your child’s registration and first month’s tuition, you become a member of Elevation Cheer Co.’s school year program. This program runs from August 11, 2025 through May 20, 2026.
Enrollment is open at any time, space permitting. Families may withdraw at any time with a 30-day withdrawal notice submitted via email. If the gym is not notified of withdrawal, accounts will continue to be billed as a spot is being held for the athlete. Athletes who do not properly withdraw will be responsible for any outstanding tuition and a $25 withdrawal fee. All tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Enrollment in the school year recreational program runs August through May. Tuition for the 2025–2026 school year is billed in two-month payment sessions, with the exception of the enrollment month (August) and the final month (May). May tuition includes a performance and t-shirt. Tuition rates are as follows: Little Explorers $83, Level 1A/1B $88, Level 2/3 $93, and Level 4/5 $98. Bi-monthly tuition remains the same regardless of holidays, gym closures, or fifth weeks. Makeup classes and tuition credits or refunds are not offered for missed classes.
In the event of inclement weather, Elevation Cheer Co. will attempt to follow the Rowan-Salisbury Schools closure system; however, final closure decisions are made at the discretion of Elevation Cheer Co. Closure information will be communicated via email and Facebook. Makeup classes will not be offered for weather-related closures.

Any auto draft that is declined or check that is returned is subject to a $25 service charge from Elevation Cheer Co. Two declined drafts or returned checks will result in loss of membership.
Registration fees, tuition, birthday party deposits, and summer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If owners or office personnel feel there are unique circumstances, the situation will be reviewed to determine the best possible resolution.
Elevation Cheer Co. offers a sibling discount of $20 per child per session after the first child. Failure to pay tuition promptly will result in loss of the sibling discount.

Elevation Cheer Co. does offer trial classes. Each athlete may attend one trial class per school year, space permitting. Trial classes can be scheduled through the online customer portal.
If your child chooses to enroll in a class, clinic, or camp, the trial class will be applied toward the tuition rate. If your child does not enroll, the trial class is free.
To secure your child’s spot in the class, enrollment must be completed through the online customer portal within 48 hours following the trial class.
Please note that class coaches may vary without prior notification, due to scheduling conflicts, illness, etc.
Our lobby operates on a viewing schedule for classes. Viewing weeks will be assigned to each class and will be the same from month to month. The viewing area is available for you to view your child. Please refrain from “coaching” or distracting your child during their class. Parents and siblings must remain seated in the viewing area, so that the view of others is not blocked. The gym is only open to coaches and athletes unless you are attending a parent and tot class with your child. Please refrain from eating and drinking in the lobby.
