Over the summer we offer tumbling classes to fit every athlete's schedule! Athletes will choose to attend 6, 7 or 8 classes over the course of the summer. When registering, athletes will sign up for the dates and times they plan to attend using our online customer portal.
Designed for beginners, Level 1A introduces the fundamentals of tumbling, including body control, strength, and flexibility. Athletes work on skills like forward and backwards roll, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, kickovers, and limber to build a strong foundation.
