Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our Tumbling Classes are perfect for athletes ages 6 and up who want to build strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning proper tumbling technique. Classes are divided by skill level—from foundational basics to advanced passes—so every athlete can progress safely and successfully. Each class focuses on developing control, coordination, and body awareness in a fun and motivating environment.

Mini Classes are also available for athletes looking to master specific skills like back walkovers, back handsprings, or back tucks through focused drills and conditioning.

Recreational Class Options

MINI CLASSES

Mini Classes offer focused instruction on specific tumbling skills, including Back Walkovers, Back Handsprings, and Back Tucks. With small class sizes limited to four athletes, participants receive personalized coaching, targeted drills, and conditioning to safely master key skills.

KINDERSTARS (5 & 6 YEAR-OLDS)

Kinderstars focus on refining coordination, control, and beginner gymnastics techniques. Athletes work on skills like rolls, bridges, and handstands while learning to listen, take turns, and stay motivated through positive movement and fun challenges

LEVEL 1A

Designed for beginners, Level 1A introduces the fundamentals of tumbling, including body control, strength, and flexibility. Athletes work on skills like forward and backwards roll, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, kickovers, and limber to build a strong foundation.

LEVEL 1B

Level 1B is for athletes ready to advance their basic tumbling. This class focuses on progression towards walkovers, backhandsprings and roundoff backhandsprings while continuing to strengthen coordination and confidence.

LEVEL 2/3

Athletes in Levels 2/3 work on developing power and precision through skills such as roundoff multiple back handsprings, back tucks and speciality passes. The focus is on refining form, consistency, and endurance for higher-level tumbling.

LEVEL 4/5

This advanced class is geared toward experienced tumblers ready for elite progressions, including layouts, fulls, and specialty combinations. Athletes continue to strengthen technique, body awareness, and control for performance-level execution.
